About You
- TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, compliance, or a related business function.
- Basic understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM).
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) compliance.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with DFARS Business Systems.
- Experience supporting international contracting and export compliance.
- Knowledge of subcontractor sourcing and cost management practices.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM).
- Experience with contract review and risk assessment.
