About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, managing work orders, communicating with technicians, providing estimates, upselling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2 years experience in fixed operations Dealership or Independent repair facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair processes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role in the auto industry.
