As a Service Advisor Assistant, you will assist assigned Service Advisors with daily tasks to improve workflow and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers about vehicle status, handling repair order processing, submitting warranty claims, coordinating parts ordering, and providing additional administrative support to ensure efficient service operations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a dealership service department or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus).
- Professional, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
