Five Star Senior Living is seeking a Server to join their Culinary Team in Loudon, TN. The role involves providing exceptional dining experiences for residents through courteous and efficient service.
About the Role
As a Server, you will take meal orders, serve meals, and ensure that residents receive their meals according to their preferences and dietary needs. You will engage with residents and coworkers, maintain cleanliness in dining areas, and use technology to communicate effectively with the kitchen. Your responsibilities will also include being aware of food allergies and preferences, and providing excellent customer service.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must have completed at least a 10th grade education or have sufficient work experience.
- 1-year experience as a server/waiter or in a similar food service environment.
- Working knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates effective time management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare-related food service environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
