About the Role
As a Senior Workers’ Comp Adjuster, you will handle a caseload of large loss and catastrophic workers’ compensation claims, investigate claims thoroughly, establish accurate reserves, and develop tailored claims strategies. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the claim, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and maintaining organized documentation. Additionally, you will oversee litigation strategies and identify opportunities to control claim costs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- Minimum 5–7 years of workers’ compensation claims handling experience, with at least 3 years handling large loss/catastrophic claims.
- In-depth knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and claims best practices.
Preferred:
- Multi-jurisdictional experience.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
