About the Role
As a Senior Voucher Analyst, you will provide immediate supervision to a unit of employees, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations and internal policies. Your responsibilities will include training staff, monitoring operations, resolving processing issues, and maintaining accurate tracking logs and reports. You will also coordinate security training, manage staff assignments, and act as a liaison with software providers to address processing issues.
About You
Required:
- Experience in voucher processing and knowledge of HUD regulations.
- Strong supervisory and training skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with HUD Handbook 4350.3 and Special Claims Processing Guide.
- Experience in financial services or related fields.
