Summary
The Value Maximizer is seeking a Senior Veeva Vault Administrator to join their team in Hybrid - Tampa, FL. The role involves leading the configuration, optimization, and support of Veeva Vault modules including CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and PromoMats.
About the Role
As a Senior Veeva Vault Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing Veeva Vault modules to meet evolving business and regulatory needs. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and translating business processes into technical specifications. You will also serve as a liaison between business users, IT, and vendors, and maintain documentation while providing ongoing user support.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on Veeva administration experience, including CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and PromoMats.
- Current Veeva certifications required.
- Strong understanding of business processes and system configuration best practices.
- Experience with third-party/custom application integration in Operations and Regulatory.
- Deep knowledge of Veeva platform architecture and system integrations.
- Proven experience with change management and production environment updates.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with GxP or other regulatory frameworks (certifications a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams.
