About the Role
As a Senior Trusts & Estates Attorney, you will advise high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate and gift tax planning strategies, draft and implement estate planning documents, handle trust administration and probate matters, and work closely with financial advisors to execute holistic wealth strategies. You will also have the opportunity to lead and develop a small team of associates.
About You
Required:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in California, able to work PST hours.
- 7+ years of experience, with a focus on trusts & estates.
- Experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques.
Preferred:
- Strong background in estate administration and trust litigation support.
- Proven ability to manage complex estate plans and high-net-worth client needs.
Benefits
- Competitive salary up to $225k (DOE) + structured, performance-based bonuses.
- 20% bonus at 1,600 billable hours (paid quarterly at 5% per 400 hours).
- Additional $20K for reaching 1,800 hours, plus further bonuses at 2,000 hours.

- Work Remote if you prefer - Hybrid or on-site is also an option.
