Summary
MDaudit is seeking a Senior Training and Content Associate to join their team in the United States. The role involves designing, delivering, and maintaining high-impact training programs for MDaudit's solutions.
About the Role
As a Senior Training and Content Associate, you will create and maintain engaging eLearning content, deliver instructor-led training sessions, and provide one-on-one coaching to customers. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure training aligns with product enhancements and customer needs, and may require occasional travel (up to 20%) to support onboarding efforts.
About You
Required:
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience creating interactive, high-quality eLearning content.
- Experience delivering training for SaaS platforms (B2B/enterprise preferred).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage a customer book of business and tailor training for diverse needs.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Storyline).
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or health IT.
- Prior experience in compliance, billing, coding, or auditing (hospital or professional).
- Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
