About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with technical leadership to understand hiring needs, build and nurture a strong pipeline of technical talent, advise hiring managers on market dynamics, and streamline recruiting workflows. You will also ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System and mentor other team members to enhance recruiting performance.

Required:
7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of building strong technical teams in a high growth company.
Ability to develop relationships with hiring partners and act as a trusted advisor.
Strong communication skills to effectively manage candidate processes.
Preferred:
Experience mentoring teammates and leading by example.
Understanding of data and metrics to influence recruiting strategies.
Knowledge of current trends in technology and startups.
