Summary
Hedra is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their foundational talent team in New York, NY. The role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to contribute to Hedra's product vision and roadmap.
About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own complex searches across technical and non-technical roles, implement multi-channel sourcing strategies, build and nurture talent pools, foster a positive candidate experience, and develop compelling outreach messaging that captures Hedra's mission.
About You
Required:
- 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth tech company.
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and close passive candidates for highly technical roles.
- Excellent written/verbal skills for executive reporting, candidate outreach, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with modern ATS systems.
Preferred:
- Early-stage start-up experience.
- Research domain expertise with ability to quickly learn new tech/product areas.
- HR or related experience beyond recruiting.
