About the Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own complex searches across technical and non-technical roles, implement multi-channel sourcing strategies, build and nurture talent pools, foster a positive candidate experience, and develop compelling outreach messaging that captures Hedra's mission.
About You
Required:
5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth tech company.
Proven ability to identify, engage, and close passive candidates for highly technical roles.
Excellent written/verbal skills for executive reporting, candidate outreach, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with modern ATS systems.
Preferred:
Early-stage start-up experience.
Research domain expertise with ability to quickly learn new tech/product areas.
HR or related experience beyond recruiting.
