Summary
ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join their Customer Outcomes team in Washington, DC. The role involves consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow ITAM products to drive business outcomes.
About the Role
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be the functional and technical expert for customer engagements, focusing on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities. Your responsibilities include leading design workshops, advising customers on best practices, guiding documentation efforts, and overseeing project delivery. You will also develop integration components and prepare customer-facing deliverables while promoting continuous improvement practices.
About You
Required:
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations in HAM and SAM.
- At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex technologies.
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ITAM leading practices and related systems.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult within ITAM.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
- Proven team player and team builder.
