ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant (AI) to join their Customer Excellence Group in Austin, TX. The role involves advising clients and configuring ServiceNow AI solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business outcomes.
About the Role
As a Senior Technical Consultant (AI), you will act as a functional and technical expert for customer engagement teams. Your responsibilities include implementing ServiceNow AI offerings, developing tailored solutions based on user requirements, coordinating with developers, ensuring best practices in AI implementation, and troubleshooting system errors.
About You
Required:
- At least 5 years of configuration/development experience for complex solutions.
- Maintain at least 1 ServiceNow mainline CIS certification or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative AI.
- Strong Javascript skills with practical experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.
- Experience with development on the ServiceNow platform capabilities (Studio IDE, Mobile, Automated Test Framework, etc.).
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO.
- Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation.
