Together for Talent is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their team in Pompano Beach, FL (Hybrid). The role involves leading complex tax engagements, managing a client portfolio, and overseeing staff with a clear path to Tax Director.
About the Role
As a Senior Tax Manager, you will prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns. You will manage a portfolio of 200-300 clients, conduct technical tax research, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. Additionally, you will respond to IRS/state correspondence and mentor junior staff while staying updated on current tax laws.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field; CPA or EA preferred.
- 5+ years of recent public accounting experience.
- In-depth knowledge of individual and business taxation.
- Recent hands-on work in both preparation and review.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in UltraTax and QuickBooks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
