About You
- CPA, EA or JD designation required.
- 7+ years of recent public accounting experience, ideally with a mid to large-sized firm.
- Deep expertise in partnership and S-Corp taxation, along with complex structures and high-net-worth individuals.
- Prior experience managing a remote and overseas team.
- Proven leadership ability and a high standard of operational execution.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to lead with clarity, structure, and accountability.
- Experience with Karbon and Intuit ProConnect.
