About the Role
As a Senior Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of tax services, overseeing planning and scheduling of tax engagements, addressing complex tax issues, providing business advice, and managing a client portfolio. You will also mentor tax staff and collaborate with partners on business and tax planning strategies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- CPA designation.
- Experience in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in corporate, individual, and/or partnership taxation.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication with clients.
- Must be local to the Fort Myers area.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Taxation.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
