- 5+ years professional experience in Software Asset Management.
- 2+ years of audit/compliance experience.
- Professional certifications (i.e. CSAM).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, functions/formulas, and data visualization tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and FlextNet Manager Suite (FNMS), JIRA, Coupa, SharePoint.
- Ability to influence others without direct authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
