About the Role
As a Senior Staff Engineer - Rise Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing technology-led or product-focused programs, managing budgets, and interfacing with contractors, suppliers, and customers. You will lead a small to medium team of senior professionals, influence strategy development, and make high-level operational decisions. The role requires coordination across Future of Flight Programs and the FLIGHT DECK support team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology related discipline from accredited University or College.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Aerospace Engineering (or Supply Chain role).
- Minimum of 1 year experience as technical team lead.
Preferred:
- Master's degree from accredited university or college.
- Exposure to Program Management process within Aerospace Industry.
- Knowledge of Aerospace budget & resource planning process.
- PMP certification.
- Prior people leadership experience.
- Experience developing operational strategy and leading execution.
- Prior NPI and/or Technology Maturation experience.
