As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, manage general ledger activities, assist with the monthly and year-end close process, prepare bank reconciliations, monitor accounts payable and receivable functions, support budget development, produce financial reports, assist with audit preparation, maintain internal controls, track program-related expenses, participate in grant reporting, provide financial insights, collaborate on special projects, and perform additional duties as needed in a fast-paced environment.
