About the Role
As a Senior Software Developer (iOS), you will lead the development of Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and Software in a Medical Device (SiMD) mobile applications. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining advanced iOS applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing app performance, and ensuring application security. You will also manage app releases on the Apple App Store and maintain detailed technical documentation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
- 5+ years of professional experience in native iOS app development.
- Proficient in Swift and Objective-C.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Experience working in a regulated environment such as medical devices (FDA/MDR), HIPAA, GDPR.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning for iOS devices.
- Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth, Zigbee, LTE, etc.).
- Participation in open-source iOS projects or communities.
- Experience with hybrid languages such as Flutter or React Native.
