Summary
Insight is seeking a Senior Services Technician to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves processing Proof-of-Concepts, including imaging, asset tagging, and troubleshooting to ensure high client satisfaction.
About the Role
As a Senior Services Technician, you will be responsible for setting up client images for deployment, designing asset tags and artwork for etching, developing technical work instructions, managing post-POC lab orders, and providing technical assistance during Proof of Concepts. You will also train lab personnel and maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing corrective actions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 3-4 years related experience and/or training.
- A+ certification or equivalent.
- Experience in mentoring and training teammates.
- Knowledge of LANs, WANs, Personal Computers, and server software applications.
- Ability to automate tasks using basic scripting techniques like PowerShell or VBScript.
Preferred:
- Experience with imaging knowledge around Ghost, DISM, MDT, and Modern Provisioning methodologies.
- Ability to remotely manage devices and debug issues.
