About the Role
As a Senior Risk Consultant, you will conduct onsite visits to assess property and natural catastrophe exposures, develop detailed reports, and provide recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with specialized engineers to serve clients and build credibility by demonstrating the value of risk control services. The position requires travel of 20-25% and reports to the Northeast Regional Engineering Leader.
About You
Required:
- Robust working knowledge of NFPA Codes, FM Data Sheets, and local requirements.
- Robust working knowledge of fire protection.
- Engineering or Science based undergraduate degree.
- Moderate experience as a property field engineer.
- Experience analyzing Natural Hazards, particularly flood exposures.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to apply industry experience to a broad range of customers and projects.
- Experience consulting on a broad range of property risk controls.
- Self-starter with effective schedule and resource management skills.
