Summary
Bank of America is seeking a Senior Red Team Developer - Adaptive Threat Simulation to join their Cyber Threat Hunt, Intelligence and Defense organization in Washington, DC. About the Role
As a Senior Red Team Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom implants, loaders, and post-exploitation tools for red team engagements. You will research and implement EDR evasion techniques and critically examine organizations from a threat actor's perspective. Collaboration with various teams and effective communication of security concepts are essential.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in offensive security.
- Experience with designing and developing custom implants, loaders, and post-exploitation tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of command-and-control frameworks like Cobalt Strike, Mythic, Havoc, and Sliver.
- Experience with researching and implementing EDR evasion techniques.
- Strong background using low-level languages (C/C++).
- Experience with PE file format and low-level Windows internals.
- Experience with reverse engineering and Windows debugging (IDA, Ghidra, WinDBG).
Preferred:
- Knowledge of tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with malicious insider activity.
- Ability to work independently and in teams with diverse skills.
