About the Role

As a Dam Senior Project Manager / Senior Engineer, you will serve as a senior Project Manager or In-House Reviewer for dam safety projects. Responsibilities include reviewing structural, geotechnical, and hydraulics and hydrology calculations, developing and evaluating alternatives for new facilities, inspecting ongoing construction projects, and preparing formal reports and presentations.

About You

Required:

B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
Registered professional engineer in a New England state, or ability to obtain reciprocity within 1 year of hire.
10+ years’ experience in dam safety engineering.
15+ years’ experience in civil engineering discipline.
Experience leading interdisciplinary design and engineering teams.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel for site visits, client meetings, and business development opportunities.

Preferred:

M.S. or Ph.D. in Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Water Resources.
FERC approved Independent Consultant or ability to apply within 1 year of hire.
