As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage substation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. You will be responsible for financial planning, customer engagement, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing site activities, project monitoring, documentation, risk management, schedule coordination, and safety oversight.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- 8+ years of project management experience within the electrical power industry, specifically in the utility sector.
- In-depth knowledge of high-voltage equipment (>69kV) and substation systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
- PMP Certification strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera or equivalent scheduling software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, high-complexity projects simultaneously.
