- Bachelor or Masters in Architecture.
- 8-12 years of experience in architecture or construction project management.
- Registered / Licensed Architect (NCARB preferred).
- Strong technical background with building envelopes and code compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in cost estimating and managing consultants/contractors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business development skills.
- Comfortable navigating regulatory processes.
- Experience in mentoring junior staff.
- Proven track record in business development.
- Ability to inspect job sites and lift 50 lbs.
