About the Role
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be the primary government point of contact and overall lead for contracted efforts. Your responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project teams deliver solutions that meet contractual requirements, coordinating with government clients, developing strong customer relationships, and managing contract resources. You will also be responsible for briefing senior leadership on project status and driving strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
About You
Required:
- Experience leading complex teams of at least 10 personnel for federal S&T related programs.
- Strong communication skills with clients and senior stakeholders in the Defense Department.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated success in growing and developing organizations through leadership.
- Experience in acquisition strategy, technology maturation, and data management.
