About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will define how users discover, navigate, and engage with BILL's product suite, ensuring a seamless journey that drives business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys, close experience gaps, and implement innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping successful consumer-facing web or mobile applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable solutions with customer and business value in mind.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience working on large-scale platforms or products with millions of users.
- Prior experience in a leadership role, mentoring or managing other product managers.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
