Summary
Wizards of the Coast is seeking a Senior Producer to join their team in Austin, TX. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments to execute production plans and drive their first game to launch.
About the Role
As a Senior Producer, you will manage the Gameplay, UI/UX, and RPG pillar producers, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of all features and systems. You will develop and maintain the roadmap, support team goals, drive cross-pillar communication, and set standards for production excellence.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years as a mid-level or higher Producer in video games.
- At least 3 years in a management capacity.
- At least 2 shipped games, including 1 shipped AAA title in the last 5 years.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving alignment across pillars.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in Jira, Excel, and Confluence.
Preferred:
- High Production standards and deep understanding of development processes and best practices.
- Outcome-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills.
