Summary
PNC Bank is seeking a Senior Payments Operations Group Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of electronic payments operations across the enterprise. This high-profile position reports to the SVP and Head of Payments Operations.
About the Role
As a Senior Payments Operations Group Manager, you will lead high-performing functional teams managing the 24x7x365 delivery of traditional electronic payments and real-time payment services. You will refine staffing models, drive collaborative critical thinking, manage risk, and represent PNC in internal and external forums. Your role will also involve developing operational strategies, ensuring compliance with policies, and overseeing the development of the operations team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
- 5+ years of prior management experience.
- Proven leadership experience with moderate to large scope of responsibility.
Preferred:
- Experience in Product Development and/or Product Management.
- Higher level education such as a Master's degree or PhD.
- Certifications relevant to the financial services industry.
