About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager, you will own the analysis of marketing performance across the funnel, evaluate campaign effectiveness, develop reports and dashboards, collaborate with marketing leaders, provide data-driven recommendations, build reporting frameworks, support pipeline forecasting, and ensure consistency in measurement across teams.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or data science, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of growth marketing and the SaaS demand generation funnel.
- Proven track record in delivering actionable insights that have driven measurable performance improvements.
- Experience analyzing multi-touch campaign data and managing attribution models.
- Fluency with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau/Looker, Google Analytics, and Excel; SQL knowledge a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
