About the Role
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and improving production processes and tools for new products, resolving production issues, designing assembly procedures and tooling, applying Lean Manufacturing principles, monitoring performance metrics, and designing new automated systems for product introduction. There are multiple openings for this position, providing ample opportunity for advancement and growth within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer, production engineer, or automation engineer in relevant industries.
Preferred:
- Experience in Electronics manufacturing, Aerospace/Defense manufacturing, Automation manufacturing, or Molding manufacturing.
- Skills in Lean Manufacturing, Assembly, Machining, Tool/Fixture Design, Robotics, Testing, PLC programming, HMI development, and industrial control systems.
