About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical or healthcare field.
- 7+ years of experience in product management or product strategy roles within software, diagnostics, or healthcare technology.
- 5+ years of management or leadership experience, including direct people management.
- An MBA or relevant advanced degree.
- Experience supporting or managing software products in regulated healthcare environments (e.g., CLIA, HIPAA, ISO 13485).
- Working knowledge of FDA regulations and IVDR (In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation) requirements.
- Familiarity with HLA lab workflows, transplant diagnostics, or LIMS systems.
