About You
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial automation and MHE systems.
- 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Demonstrated experience in mechanical systems commissioning and integration.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing complex technical projects.
- Experience with MHE systems including conveyance, sortation, and automated storage systems.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technical standards and procedures.
- Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 10+ years specific experience in installation and commissioning of MHE equipment.
- Experience writing detailed job plans and technical specifications.
- Expertise with MHE tooling, alignment equipment, and measuring devices.
- Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.
- Experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
- Strong understanding of safety systems and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with PLC programming and control systems.
