About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategic Operations, you will support the Executive Director and Brand Lead for TEPEZZA by providing operational oversight, managing key projects, and improving processes. You will facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare materials for meetings, analyze data, and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
About You
Required:
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing/sales experience, or
- Master’s degree and 4 years of marketing/sales experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of marketing/sales experience, or
- Associate’s degree and 10 years of marketing/sales experience, or
- High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing/sales experience.
Preferred:
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong planning, project management, communication, and organization skills.
- Ability to provide clear direction and seize feedback.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
