Summary
Qvest US is seeking a Senior Manager to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves leading project teams through all phases of project management in the Media & Entertainment and Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail industries.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager, you will lead project teams through project setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. You will facilitate workshops, provide status updates, and lead meetings with executive levels of client organizations. Your responsibilities will also include identifying risks and issues, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to internal growth initiatives such as mentorship and recruitment.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- 4-6 years+ of experience managing SDLC/system implementation-based projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of Media and/or Entertainment industry experience.
- Experience managing high-performing project teams and process optimization initiatives.
- Agile or Scrum coaching experience.
- Experience contributing to business development.
- Experience at a large consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY, CapGemini, PWC).
