About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Industrial Design, you will lead a team of Industrial Designers, drive design strategy, collaborate with cross-functional partners, establish design standards, mentor design talent, and present design concepts to senior leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring that every product reflects excellence and aligns with business goals and consumer insights.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design
- 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate or consulting design
- 5 years of people management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred:
- Ability to travel at least once per quarter
- Expertise in Gen AI and emerging technologies
- Strong skills in 2D and 3D design, including CAD modeling and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
