About the Role
As a Senior Manager at Point B, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, manage client relationships, and align technology solutions with business goals. Your responsibilities will include modernizing guest-facing capabilities and internal operations, facilitating client working sessions, and leading large-scale initiatives with measurable business impact.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization initiatives.
- Deep hands-on experience with restaurant and hospitality system landscapes, including FOH/BOH systems integration and POS platforms.
- Formal consulting experience (Big 4, Top 20 or boutique).
- Strong documentation, analytical, organizational, digital agility, and presentation skills.
- B.A. or B.S. degree.
Preferred:
- Enterprise Software certifications.
- Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications.
- MBA/MS.
