About the Role
As a Senior Litigation Attorney / Of Counsel, you will be responsible for managing litigation cases, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategies. You will also attend court hearings and maintain accurate case files.
About You
Required:
- Admission to NY State Bar and in good standing.
- 8+ years of experience in civil defense/plaintiff litigation or commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure, legal research, and writing.
- Proven experience conducting depositions and handling discovery processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
