About the Role
As a Senior Land/Right of Way Agent, you will be responsible for negotiating land acquisitions, preparing legal documents, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing counter offers, ensuring access for construction crews, and settling damage claims. You will act as the primary contact between TRC and landowners, government agencies, and other affected parties, maintaining open communication throughout the project.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, construction management, or related fields.
- Minimum of two years of experience in acquisition or right of way activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic proficiency in Google Earth and/or other GIS software.
Preferred:
- Basic competency in using land dataset software.
- Ability to read and understand title and appraisal reports and land surveys.
- Knowledge of real estate values and accepted practices.
- Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
