As a Senior Laboratory Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, processing laboratory orders, and looking up patient results. You will follow established departmental policies and procedures to maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and infectious control standards.
About You
Required:
- Successful completion of a phlebotomy program through a post-secondary school, college, military program, or employer.
- Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification or Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
- Prior experience in a laboratory or medical office.
Preferred:
- Prior phlebotomy experience.
