About You
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model requiring in-person co-location 2-3 days per week.
- 3+ years of experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work, preferably with a focus on international taxation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average.
- Insurance industry experience and/or familiarity with subchapter L and U.S. international taxation of insurance companies.
- One of the following active accreditations: Licensed CPA, Licensed Attorney, or Enrolled Agent.
- Previous Big 4 experience, public accounting or consulting experience.
- Experience participating in strategic planning initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Strong research and verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $94.5k–$175.5k.
- Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
