As a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, providing legal advice to clients, and collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies. You will also ensure compliance with regulations and participate in business development activities.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in Insurance Defense.
- Member in good standing of the state bar.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of civil litigation.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a high-volume workload and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
