About the Role
About You
- Five or more years of experience as an immigration paralegal in a professional office.
- Experience preparing employment-based nonimmigrant petitions such as H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, E-2s, and O-1s, as well as immigrant petitions, including EB-1C, EB-1A, NIW, and PERM-based I-140s.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Ability to handle high volume case load while maintaining high level of productivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
- Experience with PERM labor certifications.
- Associate’s Degree or higher – Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team.
