About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in an HR Generalist role or other related HR positions.
- 2+ years of experience in two or more HR functions: Compliance, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Prior coaching and consulting experience.
