About the Role
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work closely with management and external partners to address human resource matters, provide guidance on employee relations, interpret employment laws, and collaborate with HR team members to enhance employee experience. You will also conduct workplace investigations, advise on labor laws, and promote diversity and social justice within the department.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree in social sciences, HR management, public administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources including employee relations and labor relations.
Preferred:
- Four (4) years of experience in Human Resources including employee relations and labor relations.
- Strong writing skills and excellent organizational skills.
