About the Role
As a Senior Financial Service Representative III, you will build positive relationships with members, understand Arkansas Federal products and services, and guide members through loan applications and other requests. You will also coach and mentor Financial Service Representatives to enhance the member experience and deepen relationships.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 4 years' related customer service experience in the financial industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Friendly, conversational, and trustworthy demeanor.
- Technologically proficient with knowledge of financial industry models and products.
