About You
- 8+ years of accounting experience.
- 4-year accounting degree or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of financial statement risks and controls.
- Strong technical, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Expertise in technical accounting and research, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Statutory reporting requirements.
- Professional background in the insurance industry.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementation, and system integration for financial applications.
- Proficiency in financial systems, including Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, Appian, Essbase, Workiva (WDesk).
