- 10+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
- Extensive hands-on accounting experience with tracking capital calls and distributions.
- Extensive hands-on accounting experience with waterfall calculations.
- Extensive hands-on accounting experience with reading and interpreting subscription agreements.
- Experience working in a family office, investment firm, or similar environment with trust and investment structures.
- Experience with public securities, alternative investments, and real estate.
- Familiarity with large international exposure in investments and trust structures.
- Strong trust accounting skills.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
