About the Role
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will maintain complex calendars, screen calls, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, organize events, process invoices, assist with onboarding, and produce high-quality communications. You will interact with executive-level clients and adapt processes to meet departmental goals.
About You
Required:
- At least five years of administrative experience.
- Advanced organizational skills and the ability to connect dots and escalate issues.
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level or above.
- College degree is a plus.
